Monoblend AI Barista (“the app”) is a free ChatGPT app operated by JIG JOY D.O.O. NOVI SAD (“JigJoy”, “we”), Fruškogorska 1, 21102 Novi Sad, Serbia, as the authorized technology developer and publishing representative of General Coffee Group LLC, trading as Monoblend. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The app recommends coffees from the Monoblend lineup based on taste preferences you describe, and provides brewing recipes, food pairings, troubleshooting advice and coffee education. It is informational and advisory.
For prices, availability, allergens or anything binding, contact Monoblend directly. Nothing the app says is an offer, a quote or a commitment on behalf of Monoblend or JigJoy.
Recommendations are generated automatically and combine our coffee data with an AI model’s response. Output may be incomplete or wrong. Taste is subjective and brewing results vary with your equipment, water and beans. Use your own judgement.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it for anything unlawful or in breach of OpenAI’s usage policies. We may restrict access to protect the service.
Coffee contains caffeine. If you are pregnant, caffeine-sensitive, managing a medical condition or have allergies, consult a qualified professional and confirm ingredients with Monoblend staff. The app gives no medical advice.
The Monoblend name, trademarks, logos, coffee names and product descriptions belong to General Coffee Group LLC and are used under written authorization. The app’s software belongs to JigJoy. You may use the app; nothing here transfers ownership of either.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time. If we change these terms we will update the effective date above and publish the new version at this URL.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JigJoy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Novi Sad, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
