Monoblend AI Barista is a ChatGPT app that recommends specialty coffees, brewing recipes, food pairings and coffee education. It is built and operated by JIG JOY D.O.O. NOVI SAD (“JigJoy”, “we”), Fruškogorska 1, 21102 Novi Sad, Serbia — the data controller — as the authorized technology developer for General Coffee Group LLC, trading as Monoblend. This policy explains what the app’s server receives, why, who it goes to, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.
The app is a stateless recommendation service. It has no user accounts, no sign-in and no profiles. We do not know who you are.

We never receive your ChatGPT conversation. Our server cannot read, request or reconstruct the chat log. It sees only the specific arguments ChatGPT extracts for a single tool call.
We do not collect or process: names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, precise location, payment card details, government identifiers, health data, credentials, or any special-category data. We do not build user profiles, do not track you across sessions, and do not run advertising, analytics or behavioural profiling.
If you type personal information into the chat that ChatGPT then passes into a tool argument (for example, describing a medical condition in a “what should I drink” message), it is used only to answer that one request and is not stored beyond it. Please do not send personal or sensitive information to this app — it does not need any.
Where the GDPR applies, we process the data above on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): providing the coffee recommendation you requested, and keeping the service secure and working. The interest is narrow and the data minimal.

All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. The server exposes only the app’s tool endpoint, a health check and this page. Access to the host is restricted to named administrators using key-based authentication.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. It concerns coffee and caffeine, and is intended for a general audience.
This version of the app does not sell anything, does not display prices and does not create checkout links. Should ordering be added later, payment would be completed on the merchant’s own external checkout page — never inside ChatGPT — and this policy will be updated before that change goes live.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and publish the new version at this URL before the change takes effect.
